1. Reservations at La Carmen

At La Carmen, we love welcoming you and want to ensure you have the best possible experience. Please read our reservation conditions.

2. How to Make a Reservation

You can book your table in the following ways:

3. Types of Reservations

3.1 Advance Reservations

Reservations made more than 24 hours in advance guarantee your table. We will send you a confirmation by email or WhatsApp.

3.2 Same-Day Reservations

We accept same-day reservations subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 2 hours in advance to secure your table.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

4.1 How to Cancel

If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, you can do so in the following ways:

4.2 Cancellation Period

Although not mandatory, we appreciate if you cancel your reservation as far in advance as possible:

• Advance reservations: Ideally 24 hours in advance
• Same-day reservations: Let us know as soon as you know you won't be able to attend

This allows us to offer your table to other customers who are waiting.

5. Arrivals and Delays

5.1 Punctuality

Your table will be reserved for 15 minutes from your reservation time. After this time, if we haven't received notice of delay, the table may be assigned to other customers.

5.2 In Case of Delay

If you're going to be late, simply let us know by phone or WhatsApp. We'll do everything possible to keep your table available.

6. Groups and Events

6.1 Group Reservations

For groups of more than 10 people, we recommend contacting us directly to coordinate all details and ensure the best experience.

7. Special Events

During special dates (Christmas, New Year's Eve, special events, etc.), different conditions may apply. We will inform you of these conditions when making your reservation.

8. Use of Your Data

The data you provide when making a reservation (name, phone, email) is used exclusively to manage your reservation and contact you if necessary. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Right of Admission

La Carmen reserves the right of admission in accordance with current legislation.

10. Courtesy Commitment

When making a reservation, we ask you to confirm your commitment to notify us if you cannot attend. This simple courtesy helps us better manage our tables and offer better service to all our customers.

11. Changes to This Policy

La Carmen reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with the date of last update.
